We Started RevelOne to Be the Partner We Wish We Had
When we were operators, we had mixed results working with recruiters who did not truly understand our business and the nuanced skills required to hire the right GTM talent.
This limited their ability to pitch top talent effectively and led to wasted time talking to candidates who missed the mark. Many recruiters had limited, out-of-date networks and a black box approach, which made it harder to understand the process and the market and how to adapt to a competitive search.
We’ve also been on the other side of the table as candidates, with recruiters reaching out with irrelevant roles and “selling” us on opportunities that weren’t a fit and might be career missteps.
We were passionate about building a new kind of talent firm that could help leaders and talent reach their fullest potential.
