Bio
Tokio is the RevOps & CRM Lead at RevelOne, where he owns the firm’s HubSpot ecosystem, pipeline automation, data operations, and search analytics. With nearly seven years of experience in executive recruiting, he brings an operations-first perspective to a relationship-driven industry, focusing on building systems that enhance the effectiveness and scalability of search teams.
He began his career at Bespoke Partners, where he advanced from Research Analyst to Chief of Staff. During that time, he supported C-suite search engagements, contributed to a founder transition and private equity exit, and helped launch a new service line. Most recently at Eastward Partners, he implemented HubSpot as the firmwide CRM and built automated data pipelines to support reporting and operations.
Tokio holds a B.S. in Environmental Systems from UC San Diego. He focuses on leveraging operational infrastructure and technology to support efficient, high-performing teams.
