Sarah Reynolds brings over 15 years of experience in business and executive search, partnering with companies ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500s. Based in San Francisco, she focuses on C-suite and VP-level searches, with deep expertise helping fast-growing B2B and disruptive tech companies scale their leadership teams.

Before joining RevelOne, Sarah spent six years at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she led the CRO and Go-to-Market practice for software and cloud clients. Earlier in her career, she worked in HPE’s corporate venture capital group, Pathfinder, where she led business development; building strategic partnerships with startups, launching joint solutions, and driving $45M+ in new software revenue. Prior to that, she joined Nutanix shortly after its Series B as the Analyst and Media Relations Manager, helping guide the company’s path to IPO. She began her career at CIGNA as a New Business Manager.

Sarah holds a BA in Sociology & Anthropology and Spanish Literature from Colgate University, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
