About Sam

What’s the favorite place you’ve visited?
Barcelona, Spain
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Life has slowed down lately. Most of my time is spent with my 8 month old son, figuring out fatherhood. He is already a big Oregon Ducks fan, so we have been watching a lot of college football.
What is the oddest job you’ve ever had?
During one summer in college, I worked the graveyard shift at a lumber mill, six nights a week for 60 hours. It was backbreaking work, but it gave me strong motivation to finish my degree.
