Bio

Rob focuses on helping leaders build go-to-market executive teams that scale with clarity, intention, and measurable impact. With over a decade of experience, he has partnered with CEOs, founders, investors, and boards to shape organizations across leadership, go-to-market performance, and organizational design. His work supports investor-backed B2B SaaS, software, and tech-enabled services companies through CEO succession, executive team buildouts, founder transitions, and post-investment transformation.

Rob specializes in placing and advising go-to-market leaders across sales, revenue, customer success, and broader commercial functions, with a focus on CRO, CCO, and SVP Sales roles. He also works closely with executive teams to align people strategy with business momentum, particularly in environments where execution speed and go-to-market alignment are critical to enterprise value creation.

Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Rob brings a strong appreciation for building with purpose. Outside of work, he co-hosts The Santa Barbara Effect, a podcast exploring the intersection of entrepreneurship, creativity, and community, and spends time with his wife and three children.
