Kelsey is an Engagement Coordinator at RevelOne, where she supports go-to-market search execution and helps create a thoughtful, high-touch experience for both clients and candidates. She brings several years of experience in executive search coordination and administrative operations, giving her a strong foundation in the communication and detail management that keep complex searches on track.

Prior to joining RevelOne, Kelsey served as a Senior Executive Search Coordinator at Robert Half, where she supported national search teams across complex engagements, managing scheduling, candidate and client communications, and the logistics that move searches forward. Her experience has shaped a proactive, organized approach and an ability to bring structure and calm to fast-paced environments.

Kelsey holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University and is a member of the Alpha Phi Sigma National Honor Society. She is motivated by collaboration and continuous growth, and takes pride in helping connect people with opportunities where they can thrive.
