Kathryn is a Senior Account Director at RevelOne, based in San Francisco, where she partners with high-growth AI, SaaS, and technology companies on go-to-market searches. She brings a deep network and a proven track record of working with founders and PE/VC teams to build high-performing teams and develop long-term client relationships.

Prior to joining RevelOne, Kathryn spent nearly a decade at Kain Colasanto, recruiting go-to-market talent for venture capital and private equity-backed companies. Before moving into executive search, she spent 15 years in advertising, working with global brands including Microsoft, Sprite, Pepsi, and Sprint. As a former marketing operator, she brings a distinct perspective and a natural curiosity about people, businesses, and what makes teams successful.

Kathryn holds a B.S. in Communication, with a major in Advertising, from The University of Texas at Austin. She is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities and creating exceptional experiences for her clients and candidates.
