Frances Keeler is the Head of Research at RevelOne, where she specializes in placing go-to-market talent across SaaS and high-growth technology companies. With experience spanning recruiting coordination through senior recruiting leadership, she brings a comprehensive understanding of talent strategy and execution, partnering closely with hiring teams to build high-performing sales, marketing, and customer success organizations.

Prior to joining RevelOne, Frances developed her recruiting expertise at Betts, supporting go-to-market hiring across a wide range of functions and gaining exposure to talent strategies within hyper-growth SaaS companies across multiple industries and markets. Her background enables her to take a strategic and consultative approach to recruiting, working alongside founders, executives, and hiring leaders to support long-term growth.

Frances holds a B.A. in American Studies from the University of Virginia. She is focused on delivering strong candidate experiences and supporting companies in building effective, people-centered teams.
