Fatimah has a strong foundation in executive search and corporate talent acquisition, with experience supporting complex recruiting initiatives and partnering with leadership on hiring strategy. Her background spans both agency and in-house environments, giving her a well-rounded perspective on talent, process development, and client service across multiple organizations and growth stages.

She began her career at Jobplex, a DHR Company, where she contributed to high-level executive search projects and developed core expertise in talent acquisition. She later transitioned into corporate talent acquisition, working closely with leadership to drive recruitment strategy, manage agency relationships, and optimize hiring processes across multiple sites. This combination of experience enables her to approach searches with both strategic insight and operational understanding.

Fatimah holds a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, and earned her MBA while launching her career. She is passionate about building strong, effective teams and enjoys connecting people with opportunities that align with their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and expressing her creativity through drawing and other artistic projects.
