Bio
Emily is an Account Director at RevelOne, where she leads go-to-market leadership searches for early- to growth-stage B2B SaaS companies. She brings a unique blend of executive search and direct sales experience, having both recruited and operated within high-growth environments, which allows her to approach talent with a strong understanding of what drives revenue and team performance.
She began her career at Betts Recruiting, partnering with companies such as MuleSoft, Segment, and Samsara to scale early sales teams. After multiple promotions, she led the firm’s San Francisco sales recruiting team, its largest revenue-generating practice, and helped place over 500 SaaS sales professionals. She later transitioned into operating roles at Pave and Welcome, contributing to revenue growth as an early sales hire, before returning to executive search at SPMB, where she focused on CEO, President, and GTM leadership searches for high-growth SaaS companies.
Emily holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. She is motivated by working with high-growth SaaS companies to identify and place go-to-market leaders who can drive measurable revenue impact.
